Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is an adaptive, chair-based weekly class that strengthens and tones your body

while minimizing weight bearing on hands and knees. Classes include meditation, breathing techniques,

and yoga-based exercises that are sensitive to the capacity and stamina of the individuals in the class. 

This class is ideal for students with the following health conditions: Osteoporosis, osteo-arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic pain,

Parkinson’s Disease, multiple sclerosis, TBI, Joint replacements, pre-op or post-op conditions

Tuesdays, 11:00am to 12:15pm, at Rogue Valley Yoga,
