Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is adaptive, modifying traditional yoga postures for students with limited mobility. All postures are done either seated on chairs, or standing, with minimal weight bearing on the hands or knees.

Level 1- Yoga Basics

Weekly class that combines alignment principles, pranayama, and philosophy. Students clarify basic postures through intelligent sequencing, strength conditioning, and gentle stretching.
